Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Pakistan: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available.

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
